If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee in addition to any mileage surcharge fee. We accept cash, and checks directly. We also accept credit cards through PayPal services. We will charge a $30.00 fee if your check is returned for any reason. Hardware, Software, and Labor Warranty Service PolicyParadigm Concepts values your business and will always strive to provide you the very best of service. If you should have any problems with a product or service, please let us know immediately since all product warranties have a very limited timeframe. Please refer to the original warranty provided by the manufacturer or reseller on any hardware or software products. We will do our best to help resolve any problems satisfactorily within the manufacturers’ warranties limits. Paradigm Concepts makes no representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, about any hardware or software products and specifically disclaims any warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Paradigm Concepts cannot be liable for any customer supplied products or guarantee compatibility or suitability with any other customer supplied product(s) or equipment. Please keep all supplied products in their original sealed packaging. The customer is responsible in verifying that the product(s) are compatible with their computer system. Refund and Return PolicyAny hardware and/or software we purchase for our customers is charged at retail price plus 10% for handling and has a limited refund and return policy as we buy the products from local retailers. Typical return/refunds policies are 14 days for hardware and only an exchange for software with proof of purchase. We will handle the refund/return for you and refund your purchase price minus the 10% handling fee. Privacy PolicyWe use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the performance of certain repair services to customer's hardware by Paradigm Concepts LLC, or any of its affiliates may void certain warranties provided by the manufacturer of such hardware. Customer acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstances shall Paradigm Concepts LLC, or any of its affiliates have any liability whatsoever for any actual, compensatory, punitive, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages as a result of the voiding of any such warranties. The warranties set forth above are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
