20% Discount for ReferralsRefer a new customer by signing your name to the back of our business card and giving it to the new customer. When they show that card, they will get a 20% discount on labor charges, and on your next visit (within 1 year of the referral), you will get a 20% discount on labor charges as thanks for each referral. Technical Support$60.00 per hour, billed by the half-hour with a one hour minimum, plus mileage surcharge. We have prepaid maintenance plans for your computer systems, peripherals and networking components. Plans start at 2 hours with 10% off standard Technical Support rates. The standard mileage surcharge applies per visit. Just call or email us and we'll customize a plan for you. Remote Technical Support$60.00 per hour, billed by the quarter hour. You must have a broadband connection to the internet and a voice phone. In addition, you must download, install, and run the secure remote access program called CrossLoop to initiate the session. (We'll help with setting this up over the phone.) Please call us before starting your session in CrossLoop for further instructions. For services requiring long hours of work, I am now offering benchwork at reduced rates. Benchwork will require me to take your computer back to my workplace and perform the necessary work there. Be aware that benchwork is on a first-come, first-served basis and may take a few days to complete. Benchwork fees will include mileage one-way to both to pick-up and deliver your system and the labor charges based on the schedule below:
